The phenomenon of enlarged male breasts occurs in an estimated 40 to 60 percent of the male population in Germany. Gynecomastia is an excess of breast tissue that is influenced by hormones. If the amount of fat tissue is merely above average, the volume of breast tissue can be reduced by training and with a diet. A male breast treatment takes two to three hours on average and is performed under general anaesthesia. The stay at the clinic is one overnight stay. The type and size of the excess skin determine which incisions are made. The next day after the follow-up examination, you can rest in the hotel and later explore the city of Istanbul. Gynecomastia is treated either by a liposuction of fatty tissue or/and surgical removal of excess glandular tissue. A liposuction is sufficient if there are only deposits of excess fat and limited stretching of the skin. However, if the gynecomastia is caused by excessive glandular tissue, there is no way around an incision being made in the areola, through which the tissue is removed. If the stretching of the skin is very pronounced, it is also tightened during this procedure. The male breast is flat again and the result is permanent.

They may not have the necessary genes, their schedules do not allow enough time for training or their family has limited time. The classic washboard stomach prominently presents the straight abdominal muscles in combination with the oblique abdominal muscles. The straight abdominal muscles are separated on each side of the abdomen into smaller muscle bundles by several intermediate tendons. The patient is put under general anaesthesia and a tumour test solution is injected into the designated areas. The operation is performed in two steps. After the solution has soaked in, different VASER cannulas are used to dissolve the fat cells from three zones between the individual muscle areas. Special suction cannulas remove the dissolved fat cells. The surrounding structures are spared. Therefore, the regeneration time of the VASER Lipo method is very short in Turkey.
